Author Biography
Following two years of service in the first wave of Peace Corps Volunteers sent to West Africa in 1962, he earned a J.D. degree from the Harvard Law School. He is currently President of a Maryland based company that provides educational, residential and mental health services to youth and adolescents. Over the past twenty-five years, his various companies have also provided research, training and/or management support to the Office of the White House Press Secretary, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the National Institutes of Allergies and Infectious Diseases, and the National Institutes of Mental Health, among others. He
lives with his wife and three children in the Washington, D.C. suburbs
where they have resided for over twenty years.
